Time For An Update
Hi everyone just wanted to update you all. Most know that my husband left for the Army in Feb. He is doing well and I am doing alright too. Just trying to keep busy and I have so far.
I received a newsletter from the Captain about what they were doing at WTC for this week and past week so I was very impressed with that. I do get to talk to him quite a bit so that always help. He really wants me to move down to GA while he is at AIT so I am looking for furnished places. We wouldnt be there long enough for me to pack all of our crap and haul it down there and then just to have to haul it someplace in a couple months.
Well just wanted to do a little update for everyone that is interested. :)

Finally A TOOT
I finally have a toot. I am the Guest Creative Team Member for Scrappy Jo's for the month of March. I am so flippin excited and I cant wait to get my goodies in the mail and create. This couldnt have come at a better time for me. Thank you all for choosing me. :)
It makes me feel like finally all my hardwork has paid off. Sometimes you wonder if you are truely good at scrapping. Then you get on a DT or you are a Guest for the DT and it makes you happy inside that people actually think you are good at what you scrap. :)

Life Right Now
Well it's been over a week since my husband left to go in the Army. Since he didnt have to go back to BC he is able to call me a lot. It has been so nice to hear from him almost everyday. That changes today though. Today is when they move to the other barricks to start the training. He will be training everyday but gets Sunday afternoons off. But at least I will hear from him on Sundays. Better then what I use to get when he was on Navy deployments.
Me and the dog went up to my parents for a week, that was fun and I got to celebrate my birthday with them. I am so happy that I didnt have to spend it alone. I have been doing pretty good actually, i think because I could talk to him a lot.
I cant wait to find out where we are going to get stationed. I am ready for a warm location :) we are getting too much snow here in Maine. I look forward to what Army life is going to bring us.
I am so excited that this weekend is Cyber Crop over at Tally :) I love Cyber Crops, they are a total blast. So if you read this and you arent on Tally, you should come check it out

Getting Closer.........
For my husband going in the Army. We leave the 16th to go down to Portland and spend the night. I do get to go to the airport with him and all that. The toughest part is that he will miss my birthday and we have always done something together on my birthday so I am bummed about that. But with the economy the way it is, we do know that this is the best choice for us. People probably think I should be use to this because he was in the Navy before but you dont ever get use to your husband leaving for months on end. It does make me stronger but I just wish I could be a stronger person without him having to leave. But I just need to remember that this to shall pass and that I can get through it. I know I will, I just have off days sometimes.
